About Hoopform

The Hoopform Season College game began out of my frustration filling out my March NCAA brackets. I live on the west coast. Even though I was a big college hoops fan, I really only closely followed the western teams. My friends from the east coast would routinely outsmart me. I needed to develop a rooting interest in teams across the country.

So I proposed to my friends that we add a "season competition". That was about 15 years ago and we have been at it ever since. Once a year in early November, our group of eight connect via conference call and pick the sixteen teams that we will cheer for that season. Our draft day has become an annual favorite event for all of us.

So it was only natural to develop a web version of our game. We hope that you enjoy it as we have.
